Radon may be invisible and silent, but peace of mind doesn’t have to be.

Radon Mitigation

Protecting your family from radon starts with a simple decision—and it brings lasting peace of mind.

In most cases, radon levels can be reduced by 80–95% through proper mitigation!

Book your appointment today, and one of our C-NRPP Certified Radon Mitigation Professionals will visit your home, assess your specific situation, explain the recommended solution, and provide a free quote. Best of all, the installation is often completed in just one day.

The goal of radon mitigation is to intercept and remove radon gas before it enters your home. This is typically done by creating a suction point below your basement slab—often located in the furnace room, with your input—and installing a fan system that draws radon safely outside.

The professional will:

  • Drill a hole in the concrete slab to create a collection point for radon gas

  • Select and install a fan appropriate for your home’s needs

  • Use proper piping and fittings that meet building codes

  • Seal visible foundation cracks and penetrations where radon might enter

Sealing is a key step to ensure the system works efficiently and performs as designed.
